IMG TEAM BUSINESS & SOCCER COMPLEX
FEATURES
Working with IMG Academy to create a home for their soccer program, Fawley Bryant was asked to provide architectural and engineering services for a new 20,180 sq.ft. team business building. With the intent to provide home locker rooms and rentable spaces for visiting high school, collegiate and professional teams; the object was to design a flexible yet secure space.
The resulting two story building incorporates 4 identical ‘pods.’ Connected by exterior stairs and an outdoor balcony, each pod incorporates locker rooms, restrooms, offices, training areas, storage and a large meeting room.
Flexible partitions allow the pods to grow or shrink as needed, determined by team size.
