When Michael Saunders & Company wanted to create their 24th full-service real estate office on Florida’s Gulf Coast, they hired Fawley Bryant Architecture to help bring their vision to life. The 15,683 SQ.FT. office fit out took a team of designers, consulting engineers, custom fabricators and furniture dealers to create a modern, highly-functional space that drives home brand image and gives staff and agents an excellent work environment. By guiding the client through programming, planning and design, as well as material, fixtures, and furniture selections, the resulting design is both smart and beautiful. Award-winning graphics and branding line the storefront façade and art-gallery inspired walkways allow the Florida lifestyle to fill the office.
