Bradenton City Center Marketplace
FEATURES
Conceptual design presented to the City of Bradenton in conjunction with the newly constructed City Center Parking Garage. The concept created a park-like setting between the garage and the Bradenton City Center, while staying within walking distance to Riverwalk, Bishop Museum, Main Street and other local downtown attractions. The area becomes another node with opportunities for small businesses and farmers markets to thrive. The presented design demonstrated the ability to use the area for events such as small concerts, muscial acts, movies in the park, childrens play areas and market for food and drink vendors. The space would offer flexibility that could be enjoyed by adults and children alike.
