FBA is excited to welcome back David! Hired originally as a summer 2023 intern, impacted the team with his tremendous drive and positivity. Now, after completing his degree in Architecture at Kent State University, he joins us full time as an Architectural Staff member.
Between August 2023 and July 2024, as David got his degree, the FBA team underwent some exciting changes. However, upon his return, David settled comfortably right back into the fray. He notes now that the intentional changes are exciting initiatives, and he looks forward to seeing how the office evolves through further implementation of the EOS Operating System.
David has also shared that the consistency he has noticed between his time as an intern and his full-time position now, 10 months later, is the company culture and energy of the office. “Here, everyone can be themselves, fostering a circle of trust and authenticity.”
As a member of our Architectural Staff, David pursues a path to grow and nurture his love of design. He interned, completed his studies, and returned to contribute to FBA’s great work. The journey continues, and we are proud to support him every step of the way.
